Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in the Oil and Gas sector? Our client is on the lookout for a Regional Depot Manager to join their team, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing their Inland operations.
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Relevant Engineering Degree/ Mechanical or Chemical Engineering qualification.
- 4-6 years' experience in Oil and Gas.
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong stock management knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of OHS Act, LPG standards, and engineering practices.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Employee On-Boarding: Ensure seamless induction and training of new hires, fostering a culture of learning and compliance with company policies.
- Opex and Capex Management: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and manage budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Production Distribution Oversight: Monitor depot performance, strategizing ways to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Stock Management: Conduct regular reviews of stock management practices, implementing corrective actions to minimize variances and optimize inventory.
- HSSEQ Compliance: Uphold Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality standards across all depots, ensuring adherence to regulations and emergency preparedness.
- Packed Distribution Enhancement: Drive improvements in distribution efficiency and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards.
- Special Projects: Lead initiatives to enhance site production and distribution efficiency, collaborating with technical teams to implement innovative solutions.
- Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with commercial, technical, and HSSE teams to enhance productivity and ensure regulatory compliance.
